Requests for time off during term time

Bradford Council has introduced a new Leave of Absence E-Form to make it quicker and easier for families to request time off during term time.
This simple online form can be used for all your children, even if they go to different schools. Once you submit it, the request is automatically sent to the right school, who will review it and let you know the outcome.

Please remember:
-All requests for time off must be made using the online form.

-We cannot accept requests by phone, ClassDojo, email, or in person at school.

-If your child has time off and you don't complete a form, you will be required to still complete this on your return.

This new process helps make things simpler for families and schools alike, ensuring everything is handled quickly and consistently.

Request for the administration of medicine in school

If your child requires any medicine in school please complete the form below. Please be aware, we can only administer medicines that have been prescribed specifically to that child and cannot give everyday medicines such as Calpol without a prescription.
